My purchase and refund policy.
Once you purchase a PDF, I have no control over you or the material. I’m not an e-tailer with physical items to sell. It’s not like I can make you return the jokes before giving a refund. For a writer, that’s not the best situation possible.

Also, I’ve discovered that some dishonest people would download the jokes, then claim a refund, even though they were still using the jokes. Other times people who are terrified of public speaking mangled the jokes and blamed me. Not fair!

I know most of the jokes in each pack are going to work and work well. But at these ridiculously low prices, I can’t keep giving refunds just because one joke out of five didn’t work the way the buyer thought. Look at Leno’s or Letterman’s monologues. Even with huge staffs of professional writers, some jokes just don’t go over. Therefore, I cannot give refunds. Sorry, but the economics of this venture just won’t allow it anymore.
